What we’re about
Welcome to Outdoor Movement & Community Empowerment Group in Phoenix, AZ!
This group is based on outdoor activities to cultivate intentional connection with nature, ourselves, and each other in aims of uplifting each other and pursuing balance during this mental health crisis. This started as a men's group, but there is interest from women too, so we are making this a general outdoor group and will host weekly and monthly groups for men, women, and coed, all within the main umbrella of this group! Tell your friends. All are welcome.
In all groups, the cadence will be to do an activity (hiking, rock climbing, paddle boarding, yoga, breathwork, short walks, skiing, etc.), and then circle up to have a laid back and guided support circle to support each other on the deeper levels of life.
This group is sponsored by Speak Your Mind, a mental health awareness non-profit organization who supports the elevation of all through outdoor empowerment groups in local communities around the USA. To learn more, visit their linktree here: https://linktr.ee/taketimespeakyourmind.
All groups are donation based and no one will be turned away for any reason.
This group is dedicated to fostering a supportive and empowering community of like-minded people who prioritize their mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
All beliefs, ages, etc. are welcome.
Mario, Dan and Kyle will continue to host men's and coed groups groups. If any women are interested in starting and leading a women's group, or if anyone has questions, please contact Mario at (808) 855-8831.
Much love, connection, elevation and peace to ALL!

We will do some breathwork, light stretching, and go for a short hike before circling up for a community chat to support each other as parents. The focus of this group:
- Self-development
- Connection with Mother Nature
- Building friendship and community
- Supporting others on the deeper levels of life
This group was birthed from the struggles of men in our community and is now supported by a non profit organization for mental health (Linktree here to learn more: https://linktr.ee/taketimespeakyourmind) that hosts men's, women's and coed outdoor movement and community building group all over the country.
This is NOT meant to be a dating group. If people meet and develop a connection, that's great! However, we want to keep our intentions set on higher vibrations during these sessions, such as the focus points mentioned in the bullet points above. What we all really need is to get outside and feel seen and supported where we are.
All events are non-denominational and donation-based. No one will be turned away for their beliefs or lack of funds (scholarships available).
Donations are a minimum of $5 for weekly sessions and $20 for monthly hikes. The service we provide is worth well more than that, but this is our way of giving back to support the growth of more groups like this one.
