What we’re about

Hello everyone,

I’m inspired by the practices of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. I also include Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation. My yoga style is slow, allowing enough time to really feel the pose and develop strength and flexibility in it.

Join me this winter for a relaxing class which combines the benefits of slow yoga and aromatherapy.
