💛WHAT TO EXPECT: A fun and inspiring, all-levels vinyasa style yoga flow format that weaves breath with movement that will leaving you feeling AMAZING!

💛ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify your yoga practice as needed to stay true to yourself. Modifications and variations will be shown.

💙 YOGA CLASS FEE: Cash $15 CASH preferred, or Venmo

💛 YOGA CLASS ITINERARY:
9:00 am~ Class begins.
10:00-10:15~ Crystal Singing bowl meditation.

💛WHAT TO BRING:
*Yoga mat or large towel.
*Sunscreen.
*Water
*Layered clothing

💛PARKING: Plenty of street parking.
