Self Care Sunday Men's and Women's Circle!
A monthly circle dedicated to your empowerment, healing, growth, and community support and encouragement. Receive encouragement, feel accepted as your authentic self, share, relate, listen, feel, and take home tools + practices to support you in every day life.

When? The First Sunday of every month.
Doors 12:50, Circle 1-3pm

Where? 3361 Millard Ave, Coquitlam

Flow of Circle:
*Arrival 12:50 to settle in and begin at 1pm
*Opening Sacred Space
*Welcomes and Intention Setting
*Easy Guided Meditation or Breath Practice
*Vocal Activation
*Dyads (Conscious Relating Technique, you get to practice your active listening and authentic sharing skills, this helps you deepen and improve in all your relationships as well feel seen and valued)
*Light Movement practice to prepare the body for rest
*Sound Bath
*Closing Space and Farewells

Who is this for?
Literally anyone and everyone.
You never sat in circle but want to tap into your capacity to heal yourself. If you sit in circle all the time and want to dive more into your healing journey. If you struggle with a sense of not belonging, this is the space for you. If you need support with your physical, mental, emotional, and/or energetic bodies. If you just like doing cool stuff that can help you on the daily.

-Water Bottle
-Optional Journal
-Yoga Mat or other Cozy things for Sound Bath
-Donation, suggested $20-40. Give only what's in your means.
