Sunday Yoga at Trophy

Join Erica for Sunday Yoga at Trophy Brewing's Maywood location. We meet inside the brewery or - if it's warm and sunny - out back on the lawn for a 60-minute yoga flow! This class is great for all experience levels - beginners welcome!

Bring your mat and any props you like to use.
One drink ticket is included with your registration, so stick around after class to enjoy a Trophy pint or non-alcoholic beverage and relax with the crew. Great way to start your Sunday FUNday.
