🏕️ ABOUT THIS TRIP 🏕️
This is a professionally hosted, overnight camping trip where you'll backpack approximately 3.5 miles to a location in Harriman State Park, find a suitable clearing (no cabins, no lean-tos, no bathrooms), set up your tent and campfire, and hang in nature with other awesome backpackers.

Each trip is limited to 8 campers.

You'll pack up and backpack back out on the same trail the next day.

Total anticipated elevation is 1,700 feet.

Total anticipated time to arrive at your campsite is 2 to 3 hours.

Your trail will include the Appalachian Trail (The AT) and your campsite will be at a secret spot off the AT.

This trip is accessible by NJ Transit, Penn Station in NYC to Harriman Station in NY (via Secaucus Junction transfer). See Google Map here. Parking is free on weekends.

You will be provided with a detailed list of things to bring for this trip.

DAY 1

• 11am Arrive at trailhead, check-in, safety forms and safety brief, introductions
• ~11:30am Begin trip
• ~4p Arrive, set up campsite

DAY 2

• ~9am Wake up, pack up campsite, backpack out
