**Payment Plan**
First Payment Deposit $500.00 Due Now to Reserve your space.
Second Payment $500.00 Due on or before August 15, 2024.
Third and Final Payment of your remaining balance Due on or before November 5, 2024.

**Cancellation Policy**
Payments are fully refundable back to your credit card if you cancel by August 15, 2024. Cancellations after the second payment of August 15, 2024 will be refundable in the form of a future vacation credit voucher and penalties may be assessed the closer you are to the date of travel.

**Traveler Requirements**
Traveler must have a passport that does not expire until after August 16, 2025.
Traveler must have a credit or debit card to make payments.
Traveler must be ready to authorize 2 credit card payments for August 15, 2024 and November 15, 2024.
Traveler must be able to handle luggage, stand in lines, walk during tours, and climb on and off a bus or have an assistant to travel with them.
