Over 60 and Living Life

This is a group for people that are single and 60 or older who want to get out of the house and enjoy life. It is a great way to meet friends and spend time exploring the area. We like to be active and try new things (restaurants, wine/beer tastings, movies, day trips, listen to music and so on). We are open to any ideas. Join us for a 30 day trial period. After the trial period, dues are $12 annually. The money helps to pay fees that the meetup organization charges 
So, come join us because you never can have too many friends. Our group is friendly and you will be welcomed and feel like you have known us forever.
All member will need to submit and maintain a current profile picture of yourself in order to be a member of this meetup group 
NOTE: Our primary way of communication is through the use of a computer. Basic computer skills is a "must" in order to get postings of events and to be able to respond to events.
Cancellation Policy
Our dinners and lunches most often require reservations. Restaurants lose business and are not happy if I make a reservation for 8 people and only 4 show up. We look bad and may loose out on special treatment during our visit. Please do not RSVP "yes" if you are not sure you can attend. Stuff Happens...I understand. If your plans change after you commit, please update your RSVP to "no" on the meetup web site as far in advance as possible. If you RSVP "yes" for a meet up and then do not show up it will be noted as a "No Show". Three "No Shows" and you will be removed from our group. Changing your RSVP 12 hours or less before the meet up time counts as a "No Show".
