OWASP NZ - Hamilton Meetup

The OWASP New Zealand-Hamilton Meetup launched in July 2024 and meets five times per year.

Our approximate agenda for the evening:

• 6:00 p.m. - Gather and networking
• 6:15 p.m. - Introductions (people, OWASP, OWASP NZ), Top 10 Topic
• 7:00 p.m. - Pizza and more networking
• 7:30 p.m. - Technical Topic

We started our introductory coverage of the OWASP Top 10 (2021 edition) with A01:2021 last July, covering a new item each meeting.
Our Top 10 topic for July will be A06:2021 - Vulnerable and Outdated Components.

We're always looking for presenters and topics for future meetings - contact John ([email protected]) if you have an idea for a topic, or a presentation you'd like to make. That way, it won't always be John talking about what he's been working on recently.

The Hamilton OWASP NZ Meetup usually takes place on the third Tuesdays of March, May, July, September, and November. There is no Meetup in January, as our members enjoy their holidays.
