Adventures in Yoga at the Jupiter Lighthouse

We're continuing our adventures with yoga at the Jupiter LIghthouse. I had a nice time with the twilight yoga session on the deck underneath the big tree at the foot of the lighthouse. Yoga can make you a better paddleboarder as well! This is an all levels class and beginners are welcomed and encouraged! This mind & body experience is held every Monday. Fee is $15 per person. It's fun to do these events with friends; both new and old. :)

So bring your yoga mat and a flashlight and bug spray. Arrive 10 minutes prior to start time. Class is weather dependent. Space is limited and reservations are required through the Jupiter Lighthouse. You cannot just show up and pay for this event. Will we do something after yoga? Let's see what happens.
