What we’re about
Page’s Edge is a book club in Orlando, Florida. Its purpose is to foster learning and personal growth through the reading and discussion of yoga related literature. Its vision is to create a collaborative, interfaith community and continual opportunity for shared experience. Page’s Edge aims to attract a wide variety of participants from various walks of life. All are welcome regardless of their yoga skill level, knowledge base, or studio affiliation. Bring a kind heart and an opened mind.
Worried about the time commitment? No problem! Face-to-face meetings typically begin with 30-minutes of silent reading for those who either need extra time to finish or want to review that session’s content before discussing. Life happened and you didn’t read at all? No sweat! Come participate on Tuesday evenings anyway, or attend our monthly virtual make-up meeting via the Telegram app. The meeting date changes each month but will generally take place the Sunday after our second Tuesday night session. No new chapters are discussed during this meeting. Instead, it serves as an abbreviated review of the content covered during that month and provides an opportunity for continued conversation.
We ask that you please purchase a copy of the book directly through our gracious host, Joybird Books. On a budget? Joybird can help you source a used copy as opposed to a brand new one. Visit their website for up-to-date contact information: https://www.joybirdbooks.com/
