Re-connect with your inner voice and creativity through painting and guided meditation to create a painting each class to reflect upon throughout your week to see how it positively effects your life and perhaps makes some positive changes.

I have been teaching people consciousness tools on the art of living and creating your deliberately course since 1993 and I am also a professional artist. I found my purpose very early in life and it has been my foundation and anchor as the world changes. I feel people need to especially have self empowerment tools and support more than ever to navigate their personal lives as well as the world.
These classes will be offered twice/month. I look forward to exploring this journey with you.
