PLAY AND CONQUER!: Every Tuesday evening (rain or shine or sleet or snow), we host an outdoor parkour training session at a different NYC outdoor location. The focus is on building on foundational strength and stamina. It’s also a great way to work on parkour techniques, collaborate with the community, and explore gorgeous places outside. All levels are welcome–whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner. While the session is generally intended for adults, feel free to bring younger folks out.
