Welcome to Barbell and Bodyslam Wrestling & Strength Club

Group Goal: Our goal is to bring together wrestling enthusiasts and newcomers to train, learn, and improve their wrestling skills in a supportive, fun, and competitive environment. Whether you're interested in getting stronger, improving your grappling, or just want to try out wrestling, this group is all about building a community around fitness and wrestling.

Who We’re Hoping to Meet: We welcome anyone who’s passionate about wrestling or curious to learn more. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the basics, an experienced wrestler aiming to sharpen your skills, or someone who just wants to train and stay in shape, this group is for you. We’re open to all fitness levels—if you’re ready to put in the work, we’re here to support you.

What We Do at Our Events: At our events, you’ll get hands-on wrestling training, focusing on everything from foundational techniques to advanced grappling. We combine strength training with wrestling drills to help you build power, agility, and endurance. Expect to participate in structured training sessions, live sparring, and conditioning workouts. Most importantly, we’ll have fun while pushing each other to improve.
