Welcome to the Pasadena Women Real Estate Investment Meetup Group! This group is for women who are interested in learning more about real estate investing, whether you are just starting out or a seasoned investor. Meet other like-minded women, share knowledge, network, and support each other in our journey to financial independence through real estate. We will have guest speakers, workshops, and networking events to help us all grow and succeed in the world of real estate investing. Join us and unlock your potential in the world of real estate! Some topics will be; Building ADUs for rental income, Rental property, best investment of the time, Success stories from other women, Best Practices, Best cities and areas to focus on, how to finance your first or next property investment, pit-falls to avoid and much more. We come to you from contribution, with value, from an honest and ethical point of view, and with 13 years of experience as Realtor investors.
- Maybe funny that this is a women’s group hosted by a man (and my wife), but the main reason I am doing this is because I have been hosting meetups for years and attending other meetups and the reality is that most have about 80% to 90% male presence. My mom passed away when I was only 4 years old and for some reason I have a longing in wanting to empower the women around me. This is my way of making this information and real estate investing accessible to all. I hope you take this with the positive intention I am intending. Looking forward to meeting you all!
