Super MagFest CALL For GMS 1/23/25-1/26/25!

We are excited to be Back at Super MAG Fest!

We hope that many are excited to run at MAGFest! we had alot of big momentum in our region at MAGFest in 2024, and we are hoping to continue to build momentum! BUT We cant do that with out YOU!

If you were staff and a volunteer for MAGfest last year, you received an email from MAGFest. please confirm you're volunteering (no matter what!) for table top. if you have Never volunteers at MAGFest before they have changed the rules. New Staff will not be given a badge, they would be reimbursed after all shifts are reported. To get a Badges Comped you need to do 4 games. these are weighted shifts. This does include Help Desk and HQ.

Once the convention is done, the OPPs will report the games that were ran and MAGFest will discuss & issue Reimbursement. This was the policy 5 years ago, and they are reinstating it. MAGFest Opps will assit in this, it is out of NoVA OP. I am working on an Ease of getting Badges when you are there (meeting myself or HQ cause you are new "staff" members) so you don't wait in line.
