Music meditation soothes the heart and soul! We offer meditation for whoever feels like they may benefit. The class consists of guided meditation, chair yoga stretches, yoga breathing, Yoga Nidra, and music meditation. Free and includes homemade baked goods and herbal tea. Easy going, friendly, and enlightening.
Mantra meditation and music meditation, kirtan, are highly effective tools for easing anxiety and stress. Come and learn a few simple techniques you can practice at home or in a group. First timers are very welcome!
We are Ramai & Alaya and we have been offering mantra meditation and kirtan classes in Oregon since 2021. We have been practicing this type of meditation for close to 25 years. We love freely sharing the gift of the yoga philosophy lifestyle with others.
