Come practice meditation in community!
Whether you're familiar with or new to mindfulness and meditation, you are most welcome to join!
We practice mindful meditation for 15-20 minutes and then have time to discuss various topics related to mindfulness such as dealing with difficult emotions, cultivating gratitude and generosity, and clarifying values.
