A trip out of Addingham, along The Millennium Way, High Matchup, Silsden Moor, Horn Lane, The Raikes, Cowling Swing Bridge, Canal, Kildwick Grange, Great Slack, Cocklick Hill and Cocklick Laithe, Peel's Laithe and Moorgate, Millstone Hill and by Jenny Gill to join the Dales Highway (Roman Road) back into Addingham.

Parking is available near the suspension bridge and on Addingham Main Street.

The walk starts at the Village Hall/Public Conveniences on Main Street, free at last visit!

A decent pace for the day of Euler's Number, aka 2.718mph to allow for viewing and photography of wintry scenes along the scenic circuit.

Therefore if it is 'your idea to race off in front, generally go fast, run or complain if the walk is not at a faster pace, or otherwise' this isn't a walk for you!! But if you want good company, banter, walking in safety to admire the scenery at a decent pace, you're in!!!

By signing, up as an RSVP, you accept the above requirements in that we will be walking as a group to ensure everyone covers the distance in a safe and enjoyable manner.

Dogs welcome, providing they keep their owners under control, can be carried over styles and cleaned up after.

A King's Shilling or the modern brassy coloured equivalent £1 walk fee is payable at the start.

Two stops for sustenance are planned along the way.

Please make sure that you are adequately prepared and suitably attired for late mid Winter walking conditions.
