Magic the Gathering Tournament | Beginner Friendly

Are you new to Magic: The Gathering and looking to learn something new in a friendly, welcoming environment? Or, are you a pro and are looking to test your skills without worrying about bad sportsmanship from your fellow players? Join us for our Beginner-Friendly Magic: The Gathering Tournament, where players of all experience levels can compete, learn, and have fun!

Whether you’re just starting out or have a few games under your belt, this event is designed to provide an easy-going atmosphere for new players to enjoy the magic of Magic: The Gathering. We’ll have plenty of experienced players available to guide you through the rules, deck-building tips, and strategies, as well as a how-to-play lesson an hour before the tournament begins.

No deck? No worries! We'll have free-to-use decks available for new players too.

• Date: Saturday, December 7
• Time: 6pm Learn to Play, 7pm Tournament Begins
• Location: Palisades at Paris Mountain Lodge
• Format: Constructed deck, modern rules
• Entry Fee: Free to Learn, $5 to compete (paid on arrival)
• Prizes: Fun prizes for top three winners
