**Dues are $20 per calendar year non refundable and due about 30 days after joining.** (see payment link below). Dues are paid annually per calendar year and everyone **renews in January each year due by January 15th.** If you join October first or later and pay then the fee will cover the next year as well.

**Please remember the app and notifications are NOT reliable and YOU are expected to go in and look to keep check on comments etc. on events you are signed up for. This is important in case we have changes or updates or are arranging a carpool or you need to answer a question etc. Do not rely on notifications ...reply on yourself to keep up.**

We do try to carpool to many events so please be sure to follow comments discussing it for various events and reply as needed. Also, if there are parking fees or tolls etc. we share those costs and you should also **plan to contribute to the driver towards the cost of gas please.**

Please do not sign up early unless you truly intend to attend and purchase tickets or make reservations as required. It is not fair to others to hold a limited space and then cancel as others didn't sign up maybe because they were afraid of the waitlist and then may have missed out but yet a spot went unfilled in the end.

The site forces an end time so they are really just arbitrary and don't mean that exact time. It's just a number to fill in.

If you sign up for something please actually show up and aside from emergencies avoid canceling within 24 hours or less before. This is most important if the event has limited spots, reservations or especially a wait list. NO SHOWS or frequent late cancelations may cause you to be removed from group or restrictions or adjustment on future event sign ups that have limited spots. Cancelations within less than 24 hours may count as NO SHOWS.

**Also, if you are on the wait-list for an event you may be bumped up to a YES as late just minutes before an event due to late cancelations so please keep check on it so you aren't a NO SHOW (again notifications are not always reliable) and if you prefer not to wait or make other plans PLEASE update your RSVP in advance to take yourself off the wait-list so the next person can move up. It is your responsibility to monitor your events please, so don't be a no show and possibly keep someone else from getting a spot.**
