**GENERAL EVENT DESCRIPTION**

Join us every second Wednesday at Hillsdale Mall for some board games. We will meet at the Dining Terrace. Navigate your way to the part of the mall with a lot of food options and look for some people with boxes of board games. You can also contact me through DM if you find yourself lost.

If you're new to our group, just know that we're open to people of all experience levels, just try to bring a positive attitude and be willing to learn (or teach) a new game. If you don't know the rules, we'll teach you.

**ROUGH AGENDA**

* 6:00PM - 6:30PM: Arrive at the Dining Terrace at Hillsdale Mall. Hang out for thirty minutes while people show up. We will consider 6:30PM the **cutoff time**. If you arrive later than that, there is a good chance that most people will already be in a game.
* 6:30PM - 9:00PM: Game time. If you finish up early, start something new!

**CODE OF CONDUCT**

* We believe that games are for everyone. We are committed to fostering a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for our members.
* This is a board game event, **not a singles event**. We are here to have fun in a public space and build a community. If you are caught abusing, harassing, threatening, intimidating, or stalking, this is grounds for a ban from the group.
* We support other board game groups in the Bay Area, and we encourage you to find the group you like the best. However, you are not allowed to solicit for your own groups, through Meetup or otherwise, without my permission. If you are caught, this is also grounds for a ban.
* If myself, or another member of our leadership team, asks you to stop something, you should stop. If we say no, then the answer is no. Just because something isn't explicitly outlined within this Code of Conduct doesn't mean we won't use our personal discretion when considering disciplinary action or a ban.
