This half day retreat runs as a series of events based on self-care and wellbeing. If you have missed any of our previous sessions you are still welcome to join us.
Facilitator: Nirmala Ragbir-Day is a health economist by profession and is employed as a Spiritual Care Training Coordinator, at the South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust. She is a member of the Pastrol and Spiritual Care team and delivers training to staff, service users and carers of the trust. Her talks, workshops, seminars and retreats evolve around spirituality in healthcare, mindfulness and self compassion.
