You will learn how to breathe for emotional intelligence, balance your nervous system, use breath as a powerful tool for trauma relief, and access altered states of consciousness.

During the events, you will get a chance to improve your physical and mental well-being through conscious breathing techniques, somatic bodywork, and psychoeducation.
You will learn new tools needed to experience greater self-awareness, a clearer mind, and a deeper connection to your bodies.
