Looking for a place to relax? To take some time out from a busy day? Come and join like minded people in a relaxed and safe environment. We do a few simple guided meditations with a focus on mindfulness and presence. You don't have to bring anything, just yourself. You can bring a pillow or cushion to sit on the floor if you want to, but most of the meditations are done sitting comfortably in a chair. We practice skills to stay present anywhere, anytime, being mindful of our environment and our bodies, grounded and present. This helps with the reduction of stress and anxiety, better sleep and overall wellbeing. Over time, the mind becomes more still, which helps with more clarity and better decision making. This class is suitable for anyone, beginners are welcome. The weekly class is free and won't cost you anything, just a bit of time to relax and recharge. Hope to see you there.
