For the Night is Dark and Full of Terrors

Details

For those who dare, join Finn and I for a full moon hike, followed by an optional campfire.

The December full moon is the Cold Moon.

This will be an easy hike along the Rotary Trail north of the university over flat ground. We'll hike out for 30 to 40 minutes then come back the same way. Hopefully, the Lord of Light smiles on us with a clear sky. After the hike, we'll have a brief campfire over on the "island" near the parking area. The Red Witch may even attend (see picture).

Meet at the Lock 22 parking lot on Nassau Mills Road. Extra parking is available at the parking lot about 100 meters further north. Look for a lantern to find the meeting spot.

Bring a flashlight. BUT, these are just for emergency use (e.g. dropped keys). The plan is to walk illuminated only by the light of the Cold Moon.
