Free Shaolin Basics at Penn Treaty Park

Let's meet at Penn Treaty Park in Fishtown to work on our forms, practice drills, share tips, and do some light sparring if possible.

This week we'll be continuing with Shaolin basics and brand new drills!

Any experience level is welcome so feel free to come by and check it out!
