- Where to go and what to do
- How to promote your outing for good turnout and engage a diverse audience
- How to screen and educate participants so they are appropriately prepared and equipped
- How to promote proper outdoor etiquette and leave-no-trace
- How to avoid hazards
- What to do when things go wrong
*Notes: We strongly suggest you attend an outings leader info session prior to this training. If you have not had the opportunity please reach out and we will share a recording from a previous session. There will be pre-work assigned prior to the training to ensure we can fit everything in and have some downtime away from screen. This is a 6 hour virtual training with breaks built in.*
