[fusion event]Category Topic on Neuroscience and Philosophy

We do two meetup types -- Category meetups, where a general topic is posted, and members post questions or ideas they would like to discuss within that topic category, and pre-planed meetups, where a seed discussion is the focus of the meet. This one will be a category meetup.
