Details

At this meeting, we will (finally, inshallah) be discussing John Bickle's essay, "Philosophy of Mind & Neuroscience", from the Blackwell Guide to Philosophy of Mind.

In this article, Bickle argues that Dualists are, intentionally or not, ignoring the breakthroughs in neurophysiology and the theories put forward by neuroscientists that justify a fully Physicalist account of the mind. This is essay #7 in a series of sessions on Philosophy of Mind, using the Blackwell Guide.

Excited to get into these articles with you!
