If you would like to unwind from the stresses of a Monday, relax and hopefully get a great nights sleep then let's give it a go. I have done this a few times and slightly different experience with my senses.
I have reserved 6 spots on this so that we can join this already scheduled monthly class. If more interest I will see if there are more places available.

There is parking at the church and the entrance is off Balmoral Road. If car park is full park on the street.
We can meet in the car park at 6.45pm and ready to go in for 6.50pm to begin at 7pm. It is for 1 hr. Please be prompt and allow for traffic.

What to bring :-
Please bring a mat to lie on and a blanket or two and pillow for comfort. This is important because the body temperature drops when relaxing.
wear comfortable loose clothing. Think slouch comfy lounge/joggers etc
Bring a yoga mat, 1-2 blankets and a pillow.

**What will happen in the**
**sound bath?**
On arrival at the
sound bath, you will lie down on a yoga
mat
and pillow and
cover yourself with a blanket.
During the sound bath' you will be bathed in the vibrations of the gongs and singing bowls. As a result you may experience shifts in consciousness similar to that of deep relaxation or sleep. As the sound waves pass through you, you
may feel as though you lose all sense of your physical body or gravity.
The eyes would normally be closed to allow the body to relax completely.
**What do I need to bring?**
Please bring the yoga mat or a heavy blanket to lay down on, and a blanket to
cover yourself as your body temperature will drop. It is also advisable to bring
a pillow with you. If you don’t have a yoga mat, please let the Cafe know as
we have access to a number of spare mats.
**Cautions:**
**If you suffer from tinnitus, please bring ear plugs with you. Taking part in**
**sound baths is generally considered safe for most people, regardless of age or fitness level. However, they may not be recommended during**
**pregnancy or for individuals diagnosed with epilepsy, seizures, or some**
