What we’re about

Lots of people would love to get in to sparring and learn hand to hand combat but don't want to get hurt. Light sparring, in other words putting on a pair of gloves and lightly sparring so none of the strikes hurt is a great way to get started with that! it will be the same intensity level as a basketball game, no hard-hitting all technique! Regardless of your skill level you can train and spar with anybody!
