What we’re about
This group is for any young adults in/around Phoenix aged 25-30s/born between 1986-1999 (guys added through friends of friends usually after being a regular +1) who would like to meet new people and get more involved with social events! Anything from volleyball, hikes, brunches, trivia, book clubs, pool parties, drinks/bar crawls.. Essentially any fun group activity for young adults in Phoenix!
Come along to any event by yourself or feel free to bring friends etc, it's very laid back and a great way to meet some new people here! We often use WhatsApp to plan stuff too especially for things at peoples homes or for some of the smaller get togethers so highly recommend getting that as well.
If you have any fun ideas for an event or would like to get involved with running the group or hosting events yourself, definitely get in touch with us so we can get it organized.
Otherwise join up, come to an event and meet some new people!
2018 onwards: If you're a guy, only try and join when the group doesn't require approval, otherwise it'll stay pending forever. Or get invited/added by someone already in the group. Don't take anything personally, far more guys use Meetup in general and our goal is to keep events fairly even and have a normal group dynamic.

Thought I'd put together a backyard games afternoon on Sat 16th for whoever's around!
Will set up tables outside for either social games like Secret Hitler, Taboo, Telestrations if it's a small group or maybe some of the drinky games if it's a big group. They're fun and easy ways to get to know people too so it's good for new members either way!
RSVP if you're interested and will sort details in comments or via a WhatsApp chat depending on numbers. Don't need a big group, maybe 10 of us minimum. I have tables and chairs for about 25 of us seated outside plus 10 seated inside.
Start time is 12:30pm but feel free to come and go throughout the afternoon. We have a hard end around 6:30-7pm as we've got drinks at Stardust planned in the evening, definitely join for that as well if you can, hoping a bunch of us will rideshare straight over there!
Bring drinks/snacks but no small glass bottles or red wine.
