Fellow pianists and music lovers,
I’m thrilled to invite you to a holiday-themed piano gathering at my home, featuring performances on my prized Bösendorfer grand piano. Let’s celebrate the season with music, good company, and plenty of festive cheer!
Event Details
Who’s Invited: Pianists of all levels and styles, plus guests. (Space is limited, so please let me know if you’d like to bring someone.)
How It Works: I’ll draw names to determine the performance order and post it before the event. Each pianist will have 10-15 minutes (or less) to perform. If time allows, we can include encores!
Feel free to play any style—classical, jazz, contemporary, original compositions, or improvisation—memorized or with a score. All levels are welcome, from beginner to professional, but please make sure you’ve practiced in front of an audience!
Holiday Fun: Wear your favorite festive holiday sweater to help set the mood. I might have some candy canes on hand, but you’re welcome to bring something to share if you’d like!
RSVP: Please let me know if you can make it, and give a heads-up if your plans change. The number of performers is capped at 10 so that we can enjoy everyone’s music, but guests are more than welcome!
