What we’re about
hello, I'm just a person who lives with depression and anxiety. I've been hearing a lot about people feeling lonely in DC. Here's my big brain idea: why not get people to pick up trash together?
...Seems like a pointless futile task right? but I think a lot of things in life are like that, and yet we still do it
...ugh...
Rent, career paths to who knows where, the world and local news can make it feel like the world's ending..and I've personally been feeling crushed by all of it.
I'm one person. I have a disability, I don't have all the money, the power, or energy to make the world a good place. But the things I can do are right in front of us. Right here in DC.
Join me in DuPont circle on Friday afternoons. I'll be wearing a dumb yellow hat playing 90's music from my backpack. maybe more people will join in and it'll be fun!
ehhh...I'm feeling small and helpless in this world
so let's do this together? please? 😅
(bring your own thick 🧤 and supplies that you might need. I'm going to use my stick gripper thingy)
