## Join Us for a Magical Evening Practice
As the sun paints the sky in gentle hues, we invite you to join us for a soul-nourishing 90-minute sunset yin yoga and meditation experience. This special practice is designed to help you release the day's tensions and prepare your body and mind for restful evening hours ahead.

## What to Bring

• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes
• Your own yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Light blanket/ jacket (it can get cold in the evening)
