What we’re about
I’m 3 times national steak pie champion and an accomplished cook. With extensive experience of working in Swiss and Parisian kitchens I’ve also managed the iconic Guinea Grill for many years.
I’ve been a judge at Great Taste for more than 20 years as well as at the world cheese awards.
My classes will be hands on and fun culminating in a 5 course meal with matching wines.
