PIES Fitness Yoga Studio serves as a refuge from the stresses of the world while helping those that are in need. All fitness levels are welcome. Join us for yoga classes of all levels, including a wide selection of small group yoga therapy sessions perfect for those living with stresses of the Physical, Intellectual, Emotional or Spiritual selves.
At PIES, we specialize in building community with diversity and inclusion. We feel strongly that yoga can benefit everyBODY and strive to meet each client where they are and empower them to challenge themselves in a healthy and mindful way. Beginners, aging adults, special needs, and those living with chronic conditions are all welcome at PIES. We just ask that you come ready to stretch your mind and your body, share with and support others, challenge yourself, have fun, and laugh!
And because holistic wellness is not just about stretching and strengthening through yoga we have a variety of other wellness services available including private yoga therapy, lifestyle coaching, massage, reiki, chakra healing, shamanic healing, and more.
To have a well rounded fitness routine we also offer fitness class like Body Sculpt, Zumba and Zumba Gold, Sensazao, and Boot Camp.
