Wine Pairing "Dinner" Regional Series West Coast Edition

It's time for the next wine pairing dinner at my house in Oakdale (by Carnegie).

We'll make this one feature wines of the west coast.

Bring a bottle of one of your favorite wines - this time from California, Washington, or Oregon only (red, white, rose, sparkles, fortified - whatever you choose) and a shareable dish (hors d'oeuvre, appetizer, main, or dessert) that you think pairs well with it. Make sure it's enough for everyone to try, but with 10 dishes to eat, think 10 tasting portions.

Don't worry about what anyone else is bringing. If we end up with all desserts, then that's what we'll eat. Just DM or text me your wine (label, year, type) and dish when you decide and before 12/7. I will have my oven, stove, or microwave available for reheating or finishing dishes.
