Improve blood circulation and joint mobility with Chair Yoga. Reduce stress and anxiety with Heartfulness Meditation. Free for all. For all age groups. Everyone (beginners and experts) can participate.

Join us every Sunday at 8:30 AM for this event.

Please arrive 10 min before the session start time so that you will have enough time to locate the room in the school building and get settled. The first half of the session is focused on Chair Yoga where we will practice simple asanas on a chair. Then the second half is reserved for Heartfulness Meditation.
