I really think we need to narrow down the airfare issues before making our final payment. If we book Richie's airfare with our final payment it would be nonrefundable. IF we wait too long looking for other airfare we may get screwed with Richie's becoming unavailable. I think it's worth having another meeting prior to final payment.
