Longreach Trail ( Harpswell, Me.)

Warm up this winter with a nice hike with friends! This spectacular 95-acre preserve provides one of the longest hiking trails in Harpswell. A challenging 1.5-mile loop trail winds through several different forest types, passes a peat bog nestled between two prominent bedrock ridges, and finally descends to the shores of Long Reach.
We often go out after to socialize and enjoy a beverage- so join us if you would like!
Bring: layered clothing, good hiking boots (trail is rugged and steep in places and can be muddy), water,snack.
