Welcome Coffee Lovers! Join us on the hunt for the very best coffee in Portland Maine. Visit local shops and taste their finest coffees. At each event, we will get a chance to meet each other, talk about what we like about coffee. When possible, we'll talk to the owners and staff about their roasting process, coffee preparation and the flavors we taste in the coffees. We'll find out more about the shop's history and their selection of coffees. Our coffee hunting will extend beyond Portland, and your participation in the group will help influence our next coffee adventure.
About me: Black Point Coffee is a small batch roaster in Scarborough. The coffee community is both welcoming and diverse. From the growers around the world to the local coffee shops and everyone in between, we all share a passion for the craft and the delicious results. The Portland Coffee Hunters is your chance to give back to the community and participate as the most important contributor - the customer! It's free to join. Expect to pay for your coffee at the shop and leave a tip for the barista, however there will be raffles and free bags of coffee too :)
