What we’re about
This is a creative/expressive arts group for women professionals and entrepreneurs. The circle is intended to create soulful connections with other women in order to nourish the heART.
It is an opportunity to experience the positive benefits of the expressive arts on one's overall wellbeing which can be a form of creative self-care. The expressive arts include movement/music, journaling/writing as reflection, and visual art-making.
There will be different themes each month and involve a guided mediation for grounding/centering, music/movement, journal writing prompts, and a visual art-making component.
The art-creative expression will be different each month but may involve SoulCollage®, intuitive collage/depiction in color, image, or shape or a craft-like prompt such as creating Spirit Sticks.
It will be held at VIDA Coworking office space in Beaverton, OR.
