Be ready to loosen up and set aside your disbelief, find yourself laughing and enjoy it.
Based on Laughter Yoga we practice unconditional laughter, noncompetitive playfulness, singing, clapping, dancing, gibberish, deep breathing exercises and joyful meditations/affirmations.
No prior experience necessary, wear clothing you can move in, no special equipment needed. Session is led from seated position, standing is permitted but optional.
