This group is for meeting outdoors for meditation practice. Self explanatory!
Meditating outdoors offers many benefits, including the sights, sounds and smells of nature. We will join for discussion, sharing of techniques and experience, and practice of moving, walking meditation, and seated meditation.
People of all experience levels, ages, genders, ethnicities, body and personality types, and walks of life are welcome, as long as you are kind and respectful to others. Donations are optional.
Come join us to relax, destress, connect more deeply with yourself and nature, and make some friends!
