Lights! Camera! Track-tion! Meet us every Tuesday evening for our free weekly group interval workout. DIY warmup at 6:15; workout starts at 6:30 sharp. Workout details are posted beforehand on our Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/portlandrunningcompany) every week (also check Twitter (https://twitter.com/PortlandRunning)). Workout from warmup through cool-down lasts 60–75 minutes.
We meet currently at Duniway Track on SW Barbur Blvd. in Portland.
Most of the "meat" of the workout will be limited to 3 miles or less of hard stuff; with warmup and cool-down expect at least 7 miles.
This is the run to come to if you're looking for fast company or just want to take the next step to get faster, regardless of your current pace. Workouts are often geared toward an upcoming race, like PDX Shamrock Run for instance, but you are more than welcome to come do your own thing if all you want is company for your speedwork.
