In this talk, we’ll explore practical ways to boost physical immunity and build inner resilience to external factors. We’ll also look at soul immunity—how to protect ourselves from emotional stress and negativity, which can weaken the body. By addressing negative thoughts and emotional dependencies, we can strengthen both mind and body, staying healthier and happier through the winter months.
