What we’re about
The end of a relationship, death of a loved one, injury or illness; these are just a few of the traumas we may face in our lifetimes. Without adequate treatment and support, trauma can leave us anxious or depressed, compromise our immune systems, harm our relationships, fill us with subconscious fears and poor life-coping mechanisms.
Surviving trauma can also motivate us to help others, make positive changes in our work, home, or health, hone strength and resilience.
Whenever and however trauma has impacted you, please join us in sharing, compassionately supporting, educating, and inspiring each other.
WE MEET ON THE 2ND AND 4TH TUESDAY OR THURSDAY DEPENDING ON ROOM AVAILABILITY, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HOLIDAYS.
Starting on Thursday, Oct. 26th, 2023, we will begin using the book "Limitless," (first edition) by Jim Kwik as one of the tools to aid us in our recovery and growth. Please check each individual event for reading/exercise assignments to be completed before the meeting.
