Carefully planned to help restore core muscles, strengthen the pelvic floor, rebuild and reconnect with the body, and realign posture after giving birth. This class is mat based so moms can lie babies alongside, interacting with them while doing their exercises. In this class, our welcoming space allows mothers the freedom to nurse, rest, and feel supported. Bring a baby blanket, water, and whatever you need to keep you and baby comfortable during class. (For postpartum moms with doctor/OB permission and their non-crawling infants)
*Guidelines: please visit your General Practitioner/OBGYN at six weeks to receive their sign-off of readiness before starting any fitness regime and be mindful not to attempt what you were doing pre-pregnancy right away, but to rehab properly.
